Tired of 1 dimensional menus ? Me too. So, I tried to use 2 dimensions in a hierarchical menu. Customizeable by (x)(h)tml and SEO friendly.

A lot of people will disagree and say this is impossible, but good SEO is possible in Flash without double or redundant copying of content.
I have found a way to do this, and it is integrated in this site too.

A very simple tool with minimal visuals, that can guide you through your meditation.
It times the different phases of the meditation you chose out of the available selection. A bell rings to announce a new phase. You can choose to have a voice guiding you through (for the beginner) or only having the bell sound. In addition it is even possible to add your own meditation.

Dynamically generated overlay for Google Earth of the City of Ghent. It is a much more higher resolution than the default Google Earth satellite images.

I have always been fascinated by electromagnetic waves. Especially in the period that I studied for my Masters in Science.

The Flash movie displays the full EM spectrum and divides it in the main categories with some explanations, special frequencies, a wavelength-frequency conversion tool, ...
It features some automised view of reflection, attenuation etc. The site uses several features like some other projects above.

The new version allows you to choose your own frequencies, attenuations and others to view by providing your own XML-files The real cool thing about it is that you can customize everything.

Online multiplayer game for demonstrating TPM (Total Production Management) (Clients + server).
A self-made server takes care of the communications between max. 5 Flash clients. Each client has a seperate view of the game and its user doesn't know what happens on the other parts/clients. Inbetween the turns, the colleagues have limited time to talk and plan upon the next level of the game (which of course becomes harder simultanously). Without efficient communication and responsibility at each client, the end score will be rather low (unless someone already played the game).

For the moment I haven't had the time to setup a demo (server) on my web yet.

This project was never finished because of the take-over of Sidmar by Arcelor and the following change of directives, amongst others cutting in budgets. Nevertheless, this was a very exciting project.

Search for food items or make a menu and have it analysed. This site accesses the USDA database of nutrient reference that I have made more accessible into mysql. Flash takes the UI by displaying how much proteins, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, carbohydrates, fat (a.o. cholesterol) your food contains (as a percentage of your daily requirements). For each group a detailed view with more specific nutrients is also displayed.

This project is rather paused in development. It is for sale and we would like to develop it further into a good health tool.
A nice opportunity for those who want to provide their customers with a professional, yet nice tool for health and nutrition information.
